Your data is used for one thing only: invoicing your clients. No advertising, no reselling, no tracking.

Controller

Data processed

• Your account: email address, chosen language, sign-in log.
• Your business profile: name, address, IBAN, contact details.
• Your clients' data (names, addresses, email addresses, services, invoices). For this data, you are the controller and SwissQRCow acts as a processor, solely on your instructions.

Where the data is stored

• Supabase (database, files): Zurich, Switzerland.
• Vercel (running the application): Frankfurt, Germany.
• Resend (emails): sent from Ireland; sending metadata in the United States, under standard contractual clauses.

Retention period

Issued invoices and their PDFs are kept for 10 years, as required by Swiss law under Art. 958f CO (Swiss Code of Obligations). Other data is deleted when your account is closed, on request.

Access, rectification, export and deletion (subject to the statutory retention period): write to hello@swissqrcow.ch. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
